These were super simple to make and delicious, too! I added extra herbs and seasonings to the mix, just because my husband and I like lots of flavor. I made 2 packs of chicken breasts and still had a lot of the breading mix left over. I kept it and used for coating on a braised italian beef dish later in the week. I will probably cut it back to half next time. I made it with oven roasted rosemary "fries" and my husband had delicious leftovers to take to work throughout the week. I did pound the chicken a bit to make them all the same thickness so they would cook evenly. Loved this recipe and will use it again!!

We loved this chicken! It was so easy to make! My husband, who is not a guy who makes it a point to compliment my food, said he loved it over and over again. My 3 year old gobbled it up too. It was a big hit. I didnt have fresh rosemary or thyme, so i used italian seasoning instead along with the red pepper flakes, fresh parsley and garlic. Awesome! I also cut the breading mixture in half and had just the right amount for 1 1/2 lbs of chicken tenders, so no waste! Tonight, we're gonna try it over fresh baby spinach and make a salad.

I'm lazy in the kitchen and can't always find the fresh herbs & spices I need, so used Gourmet Garden's (gourmetgarden.com squeeze tube garlic, parsley and chili pepper. No fuss, no mess or waste. This was wonderful.

My sixteen year old daughter is taking an interest in cooking and dedided to make these for her boyfriend. She found them to be very easy to make and everyone loved them. Her only complaint was that the recipe called for way too much breading for the strips. The next time we make them we will probably cut the breading in half, or double the amount of chicken and save the extra for leftovers.

I made this recipe for my husband on Valentines Day. We loved it! It felt like we were at an expensive italian resturant. Thanks for the recipe Rachel.

It was great, nice and crispy. I did not use pepper flakes this time (forgot will try nest time. Served with homemade baked fries. Served with BBQ sauce. The amount of chicken got us about 10 fingers. Only warning, make sure to keep eye on oil in fry pan, heats up real quick.

I soaked the chicken tenders in buttermilk first and I don't know if that made a difference, but the chicken is sooooo good. I am looking forward to using the leftovers in a salad for lunch this week.

This is so Nummy! Great dish! I normally do not like Chicken with Tomatoes. The only difference I did was I added Roasted Tomatoes instead and it added more flavor!
