I was looking for potatoes with a twist and I found it!! Something different and full of flavor. I love these and so does my family. I make them exactly as the recipe says but add more dill & parsley to kick the flavor up a few notches. I love dill & parsley:

Delicious! Definitely making them again. I substituted a non dairy spread instead of butter and added garlic salt instead of salt for a perfect twist. thanks!

I made this on St. Patty's day with Corned Beef. I added 1 clove of Garlic (minced. So good! My Wife asked the next day "did you save the potatoes?" She was more concerned about the potatoes then the corned beef!

So easy to make with a chicken, fish, or meat dish.
I cooked up some unpared quartered fingerling potatoes and added the seasonings.
    So good.

I accidently cooked my potatoes too long. I mashed them, added a little milk and more butter and they were a great dish.

I've actually made this recipe for years, but try adding a squeeze of fresh lemon and some lemon zest to it. It really perks it up.

this is a good and quick recipe that has alot of flavor. I only gave it 4 stars becouse it's hard to find small potatos, I had to cut mine in half. But all in all it's good.

Can't get any easier than that! It was like I finally got permission to NOT peal the potatoes! I love that!
