This dinner takes me a lot longer than 30 minutes, but it is worth it! I love the gyoza.

I made the Teriyaki Beef and we loved it! It was so simple to prepare that I was surprised by how much flavor the dish had. I used sirloin steak instead of filets. Hint--I won't salt the beef next time. I think the salt in the teriyaki sauce was enough.

The teriyaki beef is also excellent with broccoli--I add it so that my son gets extra veggies. He will only eat broccoli with this recipe!!!

This dish was delicious. The teriyaki steak was really good and so were the dumplings.

This is the easiest meal I have ever made and my husband absolutely loves it. He thinks it takes me all day and there is so much work to make it. He'll never know. Hey, it gets me presents!!

    Thank you for great recipes.

The gyoza are almost just like you'd get at a Japanese Restaurant; they just don't have the crispy crust on the bottom. But that's not a hard thing to do with a hot pan and some toasted sesame oil.
