We tried it for the first time while having our neighbors over for dinner and it was a complete success!! They took home the little that was left over! I used the fresh sage from my herb window and it rocked!!!

I had not cooked with pumpkin before, and was pleasantly surprised! I lightened it up by using turkey sausage and reducing the half and half. Still good!

My sister made this for me. It sounded a bit strange, but I'm game for anything. I took the recipe from her that night and added the dish to my regular repertoire. I get cravings for it now!
