This was very sweet and pleasant. Nutmeg is my favoriote spice and when combined with the pecans and bread crumbs(we used panko it was quite piquant. The chicken tenders were fluffy and crunchy. Next time will probably use less oil in the dressing. Not bad.

I usually make a double recipe of the chicken fingers and pile them on a platter for a pick-up Saturday evening meal. My college students LOVE them!

That is a wonderful recipe and all of my family members love it. Even my kids love it and ask for "sweet and spicy chicken" all the time. I didn't change the recipe; the only thing I added to a dish is original couscous on the side that tastes great with the dressing. Thanks Rachael.

Great recipe! I followed the recipe as stated with the exception of using a regular salad mix instead of the romaine lettuce. Also, I forgot to use scallions, I'll remember to use them next time. I did not use radishes (don't like the taste of them. Instead of the pecans, I bought a small bag with crushed pecan and nuts - it worked just fine for me.

The dressing is absolutely wonderful. The sweetness of the dressing balances well with the chicken tenders and salad mix. I truly enjoyed this recipe and will definitely be making it again!

OH Boy.......This was Soooooo Goooood!! I did fry the chicken even though I rarely make fried food, but boy was it worth it!! The sauce was declicious and the slight crunch from the pecans made this a dish. I will make over and over again. Bonus for me, it is very kid friendly too. The sauce I skipped the oil and did not make into a salad dressing and also skipped the salad. I just used real maple syrup, real OJ and Bulls Eye Kansas City BBQ sauce + a little salt and pepper....Yummy!

Loved it! the dressing was amazing, and it was really easy to make. I may try and bake the chicken tenders next time to make it a little more healthy. But when I first made it, I craved it and made it too many times in a row. Love the simplicity.
