This was a pretty decent potato salad. It was a little on the dry side for me. Though I did use more potatoes than the recipe called for so maybe I just didn't add enough liquids. I've never eaten a potato salad that wasn't mayo based, but I did enjoy this. The hot peppers and the juice added a nice zest of flavor. Will make again!

The flavors were really good. I added fresh corn to the salad. Do not overcook the potatoes. I like the spicy kick to it!

This recipe was really good. I think I over boiled the potatoes though since they turned to mash when I tried to toss everything together. So I kept mashing and instead of a salad, I had a yummy variation of hot mashed potatoes.

This was great. I used a fresh jalepeno and omitted the juice to make it a more kid friendly heat. I also made it ahead of time and chilled it, then served it cold. Really really yummy, and my anti-mayo husband was thrilled at the prospect of a potato salad he could eat!
    Thanks!

This was so simple, yet tasty! I used home-canned banana peppers and the brine from them in the recipe. It sounds boring, but the hot peppers give it a bit of a kick. My husband and I enjoyed it, my daughter, who actually prepared it, wasn't crazy about it. It would be a great alternative to take to a summer picnic. No mayo to worry about! One hint: Don't over cook the potatoes!

This is an excellent, simple and deliciously "different" way to cook potatoes, because most of us have these ingredients on hand. My husband and I loved the flavor mixture in this dish.

I tried this recipe from memory after watching the show. I forgot about the addition of hot pepper but it was still great. I have since added a few other ingredients like bacon bits and sliced kalamata olives or black olives. I love it and eat way too much!

This was a fairly quick and simple sidedish that was also very flavorful. Goes well with Mexican dishes.
