So quick and easy! Everybody loved the dish. Four of us almost finished it. I used kielbasa instead of choriso because of availability, but it was still excellent. I would use more rice (used arborio rice and other variety of seafood next time. I would definitely make it, again!

The first time I made this was for my New Year's dinner, served 20. Just recently, I made it for 7 people. It was wonderful each time I made it. Hint: for dinner parties, have guest bring the sea food. It helps with cost and they enjoy being part of the process. The last time I did this I had one group bring the seafood, another bring wine, someone else bring bread, and finally someone else was responsible for desert. It helps me with the cost and gives cudoes to other folks in perparing the meal.

Easy and delicious! Normally, I like to have everything prepared for a dinner party, but this dish too fun to not include everyone. This past Christmas was especially fun!

This is a great recipe. It has become one of my family's favorites (they make me cook it every time I come to visit. It's easy to make and tastes great.
I recommend dividing it into fourths if cooking for 2 people. Cutting it in half is still much food for my husband and I.

My husband told me this is the best paella he has ever had - and he orders it out whenever its on the menu. I substitute scallops for the mussels, and it turns out great. I am making it for my dinner club this week. Also, it does take me a lot longer than thirty minutes, but most of Rachael's meals do - I am not as quick and efficient as she is!
