This was the perfect paella to serve my guests. Everyone loved it. I added scallops and baked my chicken ahead of time. Yummy!

Excellent recipe. I used andouille chicken sausage in place of the chorizo with great success. Prep time was pretty much as rachel ray described. Easy recipe considering for years I've been told how hard it is to make paella

I made this recipe on a whim, it was amazing! We usually have Paella at a local Spanish restaurant once a year--not anymore! Now we can have paella that's just as good in our own kitchen.

Great recipe for a special dinner for someone special. My new girl friend had never had it and loved it! We also decided it'd be a good dish for a group of picky eaters, because they could pick out what they like or don't like.
This is a good recipe, and it makes a TON of food! We really liked it!

No longer a 'paella virgin'! The recipe was quick and easy to follow. My company loved it, even my picky-eater nephew had seconds. Looking forward to making it again.
