Not only is this recipe easy to prepare but it can be so easily adapted to different presentations.
We loved it served with the rice and beans but we had the leftovers served on hoagie buns and french bread which was perfect topped with sliced banana peppers.
We also reduce the red pepper and served it to our children as Cuban Sloppy Joes on hamburger buns. Add french fries and a fruit cup and they loved it. Let your imagination run with this great recipe.
    Happy Cooking,

Picadillo was very good to the taste, the mixing of the vegetables, tomato sauce and the meat (I used turkey it was such that my friends licked their fingers.

This dish was very tasty and simple to make. Daisy was a pleasure to watch. I only wish Rachael would learn to let the Stars talk instead of always butting them off.
