This is wonderful! Every time we open champagne or prosecco, we end up making these. It's a great balance of tart and sweet. In my opinion, this is much better than a mimosa. To the "This is not a Cocktail" aficionado: a cocktail is a mixed drink containing at least two ingredients. This is indeed a cocktail, and a rather delicious one at that.

I?m not a fan of Champagne but I like this one. It?s much better than a Mimosa and it reminds me of summer.

A cocktail is a sophicated evening delight, not breakfast fruit juice and champagne mix.
