I thought this was very good as did my family. I loved how the hot pasta water made the ricotta mixture very smooth and creamy. The pasta curls are perfect as they stands up nicely to the sauce and do not get soggy (yuk! I used about 3/4 can of crused tomatoes and almost a full jar of pasta sauce and went easy on the red pepper flakes and oregano on top. Watch carefully while broiling as the cheese can quickly burn and become very hard. This really did remind of pizza and lasagna and was even better the next day! This will be in my regular rotation - thanks Rachael!

Thanks for helping me bring another family favorite to our table! My son is a HUGE fan and watches every chance he gets. Making this was his idea and we all loved it!

This is such a quick recipe! I made this for my family, and it took less than 15 minutes - if you're in a rush, you can use premade pasta sauce in place of the homemade one. In fact, almost every ingredient in this recipe can be substituted with something similar!

When Rachel described this as a "perfect dinner for leftovers", she wasn't kidding. Whatever kind of pizza toppings you like, you can use in this dish and it will taste delicious!

This dish is so awesome. We had to push ourselves away from the table to stop eating. My granddaughter helped make - very easy.

I thought this was great, but it was lacking something. I think next time I will add chicken sausage for a little more spice.
