I thought that there was just too much of a ricotta cheese taste to this dish. I even added more tomato sauce to try to even it out. No luck. This just didn't do it for me.

I made this before going to work one morning, and took it to work to share with my colleagues. No one could believe I didn't slave over the stove. I'm not a pepperoni person, so I made mine with Italian sausage, putting the sausage in the layer between the Ricotta cheese and noodles, and the mushroom tomato sauce. I also used diced tomatoes.

I thought this was a really good recipe, although I made a few changes to suit my families taste. First I added more Ricotta cheese, and extra sauce (I used jar spaghetti sauce, and I also added ground round and black olives. It was very good, and my family said it was one of the best pasta dishes they had ever ate.

My whole family loved this. I was a little leary of the pasta water in the riccota mixture, but it was a really easy and wonderful way to do lasagna. Trust me, try this!

I've made this several times, easy and is really good. My kids love this. Since I started making Rachels tomato sauce I don't by store jar sauce anymore. Ans the best part is I can make it in 30 minutes.

This recipe makes a lot! I uped the ricotta, pepperoni and sauce but still found it a little ordinary. Better kid dish than for adults. Vaery fast and easy though.
