I love Rachael but thought this recipe was a little bland. Needed some spice!

Very good, but once you add your soup to your couscous in the individual bowls, it sucks the broth up pretty quickly. Very filling and re-heats well.

Easy to make and the taste was good. Chicken was a little bland but the dish overall was flavorful.

This dish was easy to prepare and healthy, but was very ordinary tasting. Will not make this again.

This is a very good, basic recipe. Simple ingredients and easy preparation make this "soup" very satisfying comfort food. I added one last step: After removing hot broth for the couscous, mix 2 Tbs water and 1 Tbs corn starch and add this to the pan with the chicken and vegetables. Stir on low heat for one minute. It thickens it up a bit to make it less soupy and more stew-y, and is delicious!

Easy to complete and really quick. You can do other things once you have it into the pan. I changed the couscous into rice it worked out well.

This is a great soup. I don't care much for the couscous, but my husband is Jewish and it makes a Terrific Matza Ball Soup!!

We call this "Rachel's Stoup" as it's a combination between soup and stew if the gravy is thickened a bit. Freezes well and we always have it on hand.
