I chopped veggies smaller. Added more garlic and additional homemade roasted tomatoes. Served bread on the side. Yummy!

Rachel doesn't tell you how much orange zest to put in, and I overdid it because I was just cooking for one. It made the citrus flavor a little too strong, though when I tried to ignore that, the recipe seemed pretty good. Only other thing was my potatos weren't super soft the way I like them; I'd cook those separately by themselves longer before adding them to the stew.

I saved the leftover stew and will be trying it tomorrow morning; I expect it to be great!

This turned out much better than I thought it would. Tell me, how do you thinly slice chorizo, hmmm? No matter, it was great especially with one of my favorite things, poached egg. Killer!!!

Ok, I stole that one from Rachael, but honestly this meal was incredibly tasty. It was spicy, hearty and the poached egg, we like ours runny, gave it that rich quality I love so much.
It was SUPER simple to prepare and even with making the sangria, it took me about 35 minutes total with no prep. I will definitely make this for company and when I travel to visit my relatives.

This is an awesome idea for a brunch that sticks to your ribs and is really pretty healthy. And it even tastes great without the Chorizo. Nothing like good hardy comfort food on a lazy sunday to make you relax and enjoy friends and family with a full belly.

I thought this might turn out better than it sounded, but it sure didn't. It was grease stoup with slimy eggs on top. I wouldn't feed this to my worst enemy - for brunch or any other meal.
