I found the flavors just ok. I cooked the pasta just short of al dente, but it was still overcooked after I took it out of the oven. Won't make it again.

The recipe calls for Machego cheese which is quite expensive ($20 lb where I live so I substituted Monterey Jack Cheese and it was just plain awesome! My entire family loved it, evne my young daughter. I plan on making this recipe, with the Monterey Jack cheese, for the extended family on next weeks vacation.
