I made mine with boneless, skinless chicken breasts and Shiner Bock beer. My husband loved it. I also made the paprika parsley potatoes. The gravy was great on them too. Adding a little (or a lot garlic would be good too. I am having the leftovers for lunch tomorrow. My coworkers will be jealous.

This is a great way to do chops! I used an Alaskan beer and it couldn't have been a better choice.

These were the best pork chops I've ever made, and even though it took longer than 30 minutes (I don't have everything pre prepped! it was worth making. My 10 yr old who says she doesn't like pork had seconds. I will definately make this again.

Every week, we try a new recipe, mostly from Rachel Ray. Afterwards, we go around the table and rate it 1-5 stars...this is the first one we thought was awful, one star. A waste of a $12 package of thick cut chops...you'd be a lot better off with Emeril's Root Beer Glazed Pork Chops, yummy! And if you don't have root beer, about a 1/2 cup pure maple syrup works really well.

We made this for the first time last night. It was really good with a few changes. I added the dripping from the pork after I let them sit for a while under the tin foil. It helped add some of the pork flavor that the sauce needed. I also cooked up some extra bacon and crumbled it over the sauce on the chop. I also had to add more flour to the mix because I felt it was a little thin. My boyfriend doesn't really like chops but he loved these! I will make this again.

My husband and I made the entire meal from this episode (pork chops, gravy, potatoes, quick pickled apples and LOVED it! The gravy is awesome! I bought more chops just to use up the extra gravy we had leftover!

This was a very recipe to follow although it took longer than 30 minutes to cook. The beer & bacon gravy was good but I'm not a fan of beer so next time I think I will just use 1/2 bottle. The gravy took a few minutes to thicken after I took it off the stove, other than that...it was a perfect pork chop! Thank you Rachael!
