I made the whole meal outlined by Rachel Ray and my date raved! I used a grill pan for the pork chops and got nice grill marks. Definitely would recommend. Potatoes were so easy and so good!

Delicious and Easy. Love the Cran-Applesauce. Excellent change from the usual Apple sauce. Would have preferred Green beans - not a huge fan of Sugar Snap peas - personal preference.

Cran-apple sauce is a great replacement for the traditional cranberry sauces served at Thanksgiving.

I absolutely love pork chops and this was an excelent spin on the normal chops with apple sauce. I prefered the cran-apple sauce chilled although warm gave the cranberries an excellent flavor.
The left over sauce was amazing as a marinade and saute sauce!
