The only changes that I made to it was I added maple syrup over the pork chops and seared them at the end, which added a really sweet flavor. The only "problem" I encountered was the cran-apple sauce was really runny and did not sit up. We ate it anyway and it tasted good. Sugar snap peas are one of my favorite vegetables! Bring on more sugar snap peas recipes please.

We especially loved the Cran-Apple sauce, and I was surprised at how easy it was to make!

Very enjoyable meal which pleased everyone. Cran-apple sauce was good, but needed something ... could've been sweeter maybe? Or maybe there was too much of it....
