Simple pork chop seasoning, yet very tasty! Awsome apple sauce, great hot or cold! The cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger make it pop!

Great Recipe. Delicious apples, great pork. Next time I might marinate the pork in a little apple cider (did it in another recipe. Very good and very easy.

This tastes so good and is really quick and easy! The apples compliment the pork perfectly. This has quickly become a family favorite! Rachael's done it again!

love the recipe. i did change one process- i slightly pounded out the
pork before starting the process(i think
it just helps keep the meat tender.the
deglazing sauce is great-the apple juice
adds a nice punch to the chops. i love
the applesauce- i do cook mine down a
little more than r.r. does- about 30
minutes plus add a bit of fresh ground
nutmeg, plus i add a bit more cinammon
    to taste. love it....

My mate and I thought this was wonderful! Not too sweet and along with the creamy corn...the thyme is the key there. Excellent!! We had it with long grain rice, sauteed with onions and celery...what can I say?! Delicious!! I used bone-in center cut 1 inch chops and just cooked them a bit longer. Thanks Rachael! It's fun to cook when you have a winner like this!!

There's nothing like Apples and Pork on a fall evening. I deglazed the pan with apple cider, and it was delicious. The most time consuming part of fixing this meal was peeling the apples, since my husband prefers no peel.
