This was very good.Next time I think I will shorten the cooking time a bit.I like a firmer apple. It was very easy to make and everyone loved it.I skipped the pan sauce for the pork chops and served the apples on the side.Yummy!

This is a fantastic main dish! I love the apple sauce. So quick and easy - you don't even have to peel the apples. The touch of ginger gives it a new, exciting taste and goes wonderfully with the pork chops.
