    These pork chops were excellent with the peppers! I didn't cook my peppers until they were the wilty slimy texture because I like a bit of crunch left in mine, but the flavor that they added to the porkchops was yummieeeee... Thanks Rachael

    We love spicy food, and this is quick and easy. It great how the sweetness of the bell peppers balances the vinegar/sour of the hot peppers.

    I liked the sound of this recipe alot, but I did do some modification. I couldn't find the sweet peppers at my grocery store so I used onions instead. I also added in a sliced tomato. I opted to bake all the ingredients together instead of using a skillet as well. It turned out really good. The chops had a wonderful flavor, I will definately use this recipe again.

    This was a very tasty meal. The pork had just the right flavor with the peppers. Good to the last chop!!!
