    These chops were FANTASTIC - very moist and extremely tasty! So easy to prepare. I was able to find the hot peppers, but opted for the sweet ones as I have a 2 year old to please! My husband loved it & wondered when I would be fixing it again! And the wilted spinach w/garlic was delicious, but one large container barely fed two adults (it really cooks down.

    Couldn't find the Italian cherry peppers so made the dish without. Good but not something I would make often.

    The pork chops turned out sooooo gooood. My husband normally doesn't like spicy food but he really liked this! We will make this often.

    We really enjoyed this recipe. The chops were tender, juicy and the peppers added a very different flavor. I did not use the hot cherry tomatoes, but I did use the mild ones and they worked very well. The directions are very easy and quick to prepare. My 14 year old daughter has this ready when I come home from work. We serve it with garlicky greens (we prefer Swiss chard or spinach and some type of potato usually an oven fry.
