This was an easy, fast and delicious way to prepare pork chops. I also enjoyed the garlic spinach that accompanied it. A dish I will definitely be preparing again.

Although I am not a huge fan of pork, I loved this recipe. The peppers really make it. This will be a family favorite.

This dish was amazing. I loved it. It was so simpleto make but it tasted like it had come from a fine restaurant. As always Rachael Ray's recipes come out beautifully.

5 minutes per side made the smaller 1 inch chops a bit dry. But the slightly bigger ones were perfect.
