OMG. This was so easy, delicious and tasted so authentic. I followed the recipe exactly, except that our grocery stores are not yet carrying "soft" fruit, so I substituted canned plums. Because the fruit was already in sweetened juice, I omitted the water and sugar. It was a snap to make. Another wonderful and inspiring recipe from our beloved Rachael. Don't overcook the pork. Yummy!!

Delicious! A new family favorite. Rachael is the best at getting flavors just right. The sauce tastes like something you'd get at a restaurant.

My family loved this! I didn't have tenderloin, just boneless chops so I lessened the grill seasoning and coriander n just sprinkled them on. I never thought I could get plums past my family as they don't like plums but they raved about the sauce. My husband particularly is hard to impress n he said a few times how good it was. I served it with white rice, salad with Asian dressing, and garnished with orange slices.

This was absolutely delicious. The sauce was so tasty and the pork was done to perfection. My husband raved about the dish. Next time I prepare this dish I'll make the sauce the day before to save time in the kitchen....and I will definitely make this again and soon!

This is sooo good! Sometimes I find pork tenderloin can be very dry and blah -- but this recipe is great! My family really loved the flavors. I added a couple of minced garlic cloves along with the ginger when I made the bbq sauce. I served it with gingered brown rice and a tossed salad. It's really wonderful -- easy as well.

I love all of the recipes and download them so that I can make them later. My only complaint is that there isn't always a picture with the recipes. I usually use the pictures as a visual guide so that I know that I am doing it right. Also my grandchildren use the pictures to tell me which recipe they want me to make next.

I am a rachal fan so i am never prepared to be disappointed. which is where this recipe left me. i lived in hong kong for a number of years so i am used to the asian fusion school of thinking. but in this case, you would be far better off just to buy a bottle of plum sauce and use that instead of making her recipe. it was far too sweet, tacky flavor combo, and tasted commercial. i wound up using it as a marinade and instead made a sauce of fresh plums and mirin.

This was the easiest recipe ever. The sauce was wonderful. Just enough spice. Thanks

Made the sauce and used it on boneless pork ribs on the BBQ grill. Delicious! Be sure to keep a little extra to serve on the side. My girls loved dipping into it!! Also served with Morningstar Farms Chik'n Patties for the vegetarion in group. It tasted equally delicious. I'm thinking of using it on kabobs next time!!
