    FANTASTIC dish! I made it with the other two that she demonstrated on her show, Warm Shiitake Slaw and Lime & Green Onion Rice. Highly recommended. Once again, Rachael Rules!

    This one is definitely a keeper!!
    ( I did use Emeril's bam instead of the steak seasoning...sorry Rach. It was fantastic, though! Family loved it!

    This is my first experience with tenderloin. I was a little nervous about being able to do it right. I was a HUGE success and very easy. We have awarded this one our 'dancing pig' stamp of approval.
    I will definitely make this one again, and again and again!!
