I have not tried to make this yet, but all I can say is that this dish is one of the better that I have seen on Food Network. No doubts that this is a 5.

This was a delicious dish and very easy. A sophisticated alternative to burger night. My family loved it.

This was a great recipe and it tasted great, but it was a little expensive for all the ingredients. A great vegetarian meal.

We just made this for lunch. It turned out perfect. We used peppers we roasted from the garden, instead of from a jar. The burger definitely needed the addition of fresh spinach as suggested.

Really great! Never had portobello burgers before.....definitly not sorry I tried this one! Love the flavor the balsamic vinagarette gives....and the rosemary not only adds great flavor, but makes the house smell wonderful! I used smoked provolone as smoked mozzarella is sometimes hard to find at our local stores. The red pepper paste is also great to use on other things(sandwiches, vegey dip, chip dip.

Try a little pesto or sundried tomato on your burger as well!

This was an amazing meal. My fiance and I just loved it. We put basil leaves on it instead of lettuce and it added a great dimension to an already delicious meal. This is certainly worth trying!
