Delicious. I had 2 links of Chorizo in the fridge so I threw it in. Flavor was very nice.

Nice dish. My husband and I are always trying to eat healthier, and this dish lets us do that without missing any flavor. One bowl left me feeling very full.

Really tasted great! My husband loved it. I couldn't find a red chili pepper at the store so I used a red pepper and added some red pepper flakes. I usually like meat with a meal, but I never missed it. It was great knowing I was leaving work to go home to an easy dinner. I will definitely fix this one again.

Made for dinner tonight, what a fabulous meal. Instead of using cubannelle peppers i used anaheim peppers,I added asparagus and I didn't use porcini ,mushrooms . Next time I'd probably add carrots and i would use a smaller less strong mushroom like cremini or even porcini.

Absolutely delicious! Best pasta meal I ever made! Still eating on it days later and the taste only gets better. I only made two substitutions. Used 1/2 tsp red chili flakes instead of red chili pepper, and used chicken stock in place of dry white wine. Do yourself and your family a favor-make this dish ASAP.
