This was a very good alternative the the heavy laden mayonnaise option. However, too much celery flavor with the chunks then the celery seed. Needed a little spice to it for a bit of a kick. Not bad though.

Did anyone see all the dirt on the potatoes after they were peeled? And she put them in broth and water and boiled them. She also doesn't even clean baby potatoes before boiling them. How good do potatoes boiled in mud taste? The dirt gets absorbed into the potatoes. How revolting...

I will never try this dish as she prepared it...

Actually, I have never been tempted to make any of her dises. I feel that she is a waste of air time.

I've always used mayo, so was surprised how good this turned out.

But together they're just blah and meh.
Will have to add mayo or something because it's pretty bland. It's kinda disappointing.

I was a little skeptical about this dish but I was looking for a no mayo side that I could serve this summer......what a treat. I made this dish for Father's day and everyone raved about it. It was a BIG HIT!!!!!

No mayo, how nice. The only part of the recipe I didn't follow to a tee was that I saved a buck by cooking the potatoes in water with a couple of teaspoons of instant chicken bouillon instead of stock. This is a keeper to take to the next "bring a side dish" event.

The hubby and I both loved this recipe! So nice to have a mayo free option and one that you can eat right away. I ate it warm and it was delish then had cold leftovers and it was just as good. Love the horseradish addition!
