I made this yesterday and it was very good. It is more time consuming than when Rachel does it, but hey, I'm not a professional chef. I added some okra to it just because I had it. It was very good and I'm looking forward to having it today for lunch. I'm sure it's even better today. Worth the effort.

I substituted veggies that I had lying around into the orzo and it came out super delicious!

The flavors blend so nicely with this dish it leaves the most discriminating mother-in-law wanting more!

This recipe turned out great! Since I love my veggies, I added a little more than the recipe called for and also shredded the zucchini and carrots rather than chop them. Using orzo is a refreshing change from rice as well. This one's a keeper!

This recipe is fast and delicious.
You can saute any vegetables you like
and then add the orzo and chicken
broth all in the same pan to cook.

This was truly an easy meal to make...I added a large can of cooked chicken breast to make it a complete meal, served with a spinach salad. My husband will eat anything I make, but I know I've hit a homerun when he asks for me to make it again (which he did after one bite of this dish!.
Thanks Rachael, and way to go!

I am adding this to my recipe box. It's light and it's quick! It's great when you have a young child and you don't have much time to devote to cooking.

This dish was a cinch to make; and of course, made in under 30 minutes!! Absolutely delicious. Since it's a pasta, this is a perfect Summer entree with a green salad - or even a fruit salad. I will definitely be making this again and again!
