    It was simple, quick, and tasted great. Be careful not to use the pumpkin pie filling (it will be very sweet if you do... as I found out. Yet it was still great!

    YUMMY!!! Another tasty recipe from Rachel Ray. It was very quick and easy to make. I even lightened it up a bit by cutting back on the cream, I only used about a 1 1/4 cups rather then 2 cups, it was still great!!

    Do NOT leave out the relish... that's what makes this such a unique soup. Highly recommended as a dinner on a crisp autumn evening!

    As a lover of 'unusual' fare, this pumpkin soup caught my attention. Making it for our Thanksgiving dinner last year, I found that the more adventurous eaters found it exciting too! Tasty, creamy, very comforting, this soup pleased all. Even better is this Cran-Apple Relish. Bringing to your taste buds the memories of warm winters and the exotic nuances of India, this recipe was fantastic. I encourage everyone to try it.

    This soup is so delicious! There are slight warm undertones to the soup and the relish adds a sweet and warm finish. The flavors are so complex.

    I had my doubts about pumpkin soup, let alone a quick and easy one. But this dish is fabulous, and perfect on rainy, dreary or cold days. I now save part of my yearly pumpkin harvest to make this soup. It's that good.
