The quesadillas taste as good as Rachael expresses on the Maui $40 a day episode. Unfortunate,ly Manana Garage was a victim of the recession...and is no longer in business.

This recipe looks great...but the name? Are they trying to be clever? "Quesadilla con Queso" is like saying "Grilled Cheese Sandwich with Cheese".
