I usually loooove Rachel's recipes but this one was very disappointed, all I can taste was a very, very, very strong raw tomato flavor. Sorry Rachel, I still love your show, though.

I was looking for a quick cacciatore so I didn't have to go to the store for all the bellpeppers. I had all of these ingredients on hand. After reading other reviews, I left out the broth and it wasn't runny at all. I did add oregano, thyme, and basil. Everyone loved it and it was quick and easy to make.

I made this for supper and it turned out just perfect. I loved the idea of
portobello mushrooms and the beef broth really brought out the mushroom
taste, I'm not one for using red pepper flakes, but I well be using more, just the
right amount of heat. There is only 2 of u so I frozen the rest for another
meal can hardly wait to have it again. Thank's for a good recipe.

I made this for dinner tonight after having had success with another Rachael Ray recipe (Bacon Wrapped Chicken with Blue Cheese and Pecans two nights ago. This dish left me extremely disappointed. I followed the recipe to a T, and it just didn't come out good at all. The sauce was very watery, when plated the water actually separated from the sauce and noodles- yuck. And the chunks of chicken were very chewy, which is something I just can't stand. Overall I was very disappointed with the outcome, though my husband ate it anyway. I will definitely not be trying this one again.

I made this tonight for my husband, 2 kids and mother. They all LOVED it. I followed the recipe to a T. My girls are very picky eaters and they each ate a whole bowl. My oldest daughter brought the empty bowl to me and said "this is so good, so so so good. This is sooooo good!" She's only four. My other daughter was to busy polishing off her plate to talk. Both my mom and husband had seconds. Thank you Rachel, I can always count on you!!!
