I love 'CHICKEN TONIGHT-CHICKEN CACCIATORE' but I can no longer find it. I followed Rachel Ray's recipe and it is just as good! It's hearty, filling and you can choose to spice it up!

My 5 year old daughter and I made this recipe when we got home from work and daycare on a busy thursday evening. It took us 15 minutes to get everything together and then all we had to do was wait for it to cook.
It is a really easy recipe for a busy family lifestyle. I even added a few extra ingredients and it came out beautifully.

Made this for dinner the other night; found it to be way too spicy. The flavor was OK. Will try other chicken cacciatore recipes, though, before making this one again.

This dish is quick, easy, and yummy!! It was a party on my tongue because it combined the pasta, chicken, and spice flavors for a great meal. Thanks Rachael Ray

This was too spicy for my taste but it was very flavorful and easy to make. I think I added too much pepper, remember the little bit of red pepper flakes goes a long way!

This was by far one of the simplest and tastiest meals I have ever made! Only thing I would do differently, was not drain my tomatoes. I used 1 quart of home-canned whole tomatoes, drained. The dish could've used a little more liquid to cover the noodles as "gravy". YUMMM-O!!

I was expecting to like this, as I enjoy many of her dishes, but I was very disappointed with this one. Like many others who have reviewed this, I also found it bland. I usually have an open mind, but the canned tomatoes seemed to be the downfall of this dish. I added several spices and simmered it for an additional 10 minutes. It helped, but I will not be making this again.

I thought this was great, I added green peppers and onions and used penne instead of egg noodles, very tasty and easy to prepare!

My family and I did not enjoy this. The taste was not to our liking and it had a very bland type of taste.
