I have made Cacciatore befor just as quickly with a better final taste. You can modify a Joy of Cooking recipe and make it faster and better. Still love the show and many of the other recipes

I was surprised at how much I enjoyed this meal. It was very easy, and really did only take 30 min to make. I served it with white rice instead of the noodles. Great flavor! This is a new favorite.
