Delish! First time and turn out tasty.A co- worker and her daughter really love it.I also added a small amount of rice vinegar, whole corrainder seeds and gloves.Thank you.

Simple and delish. My son are the entire batch. Who knew pickling could be so easy. The directions are great and imperfect measuring is not a big deal.

I had to triple the recipe for all the cucumbers I had. I did not have mustard seeds on hand, so I substituted Grey Poupon Harvest Coarse Ground mustard (it has the same ingredients as the recipe, plus a little white wine---I thought, why not?? These pickles are deliciously addicting!!

I doubled the recipe to have plenty of brine. OMG! These are so tasty and easy to make. My family laughed at me when I said I was going to make pickles. They can't get enough of these. Who's laughing now!! I used Bush Pickles from my container garden and they came out super crisp. I will be canning some of these to keep them around all year.

I tripled the liquid part (had a large, lock-lid jar to fill and I used some other veggies along with the cukes. I blanched green beans and cauliflower, ice-water bath to them, and added those along with some rings of the red, yellow, and orange sweet peppers. The jar was not only colorful, but everyone just loved the veggie pickles! I put a large fork beside the jar on the picnic table, and they helped themselves. I can't wait to experiment with other things as they come out of my daughters garden! Thank you for a great, quick recipe!

Yum! I used an English cucumber and sliced it as that was what I had on hand. I also sliced the garlic to infuse more of that flavor. I had to put in a seal tight container to keep myself out of it. Lol. Very, very good and quick. Going to use them for my BBQ tomorrow along with potato salad and Tyler's Ultimate barbecued chicken.

Fabulous, although I will agree that the pickles needed more brine, so I made double. Will definitely repeat!
