    I had trouble getting these to hold together - the first batch had to be thrown out completely. I think I'll try it with an additional egg next time. But my family all loved them, esp with a dollop of sour cream on top.

    These were wonderful! My husband and I absolutely loved these. I can't wait to try them with different vegetables and toppings. The cinnamon apple sauce was a great complement. We ate these with Rachael Ray's apricot chicken.
