This recipe is amazing and I hate prunes and raisins - but I left them in and it was a hit! I highly recommend this.

I cooked this for 8 people (increased quantities and it was a great success. Easy to follow. I prepared everything the day before and then cooked it all in no time at all. Very party friendly. Nothing left after the party!!
    Thanks you Rachael

My husband and I really liked this dish. I added carrot matchsticks and broccoli slaw to up the veggie factor. I think we'll definitely be having this again!! Yummy!

This recipe was easy to make and has a delicious flavor. At first I was a little nervous to step out of my "normal" meal but I am so glad I did! We have cooked this over and over and enjoy it each time!

This is one of my favorite go-to dinners, and I tend to make it with whatever I have on hand. I've made it adding chunks of sweet potatoes, carrots, eggplant, peas, garbanzos...whatever I'm in the mood for. The possibilities are endless!

I love this recipe, have made it several time and will make it again and again.

Advice you to follow the recipe as much as possible because the seasoning and dried fruit have to balance each other.
