I made this for my husband one night when I had a craving (I'm pregnant! for a middle eastern dish. When he walked thru the door he said "Smells great - when do we eat?!"

Excellent and easy recipe. I go a little heavier on the spices and add shredded coconut. Yum!

It's so nice when Rachael's recipes truly are 30 minutes or less to make -- and this one is completely delicious to boot!

I love this recipe! I made it last night and it's entering the rotation permanently. Although it's a bit messy to make (don't spill any dry couscous and wipe up spilled spices immediately it was easy and delicious. The only change I would make is not adding as much chicken stock - maybe only 1 or 1.5 cups. With 2 cups, mine stayed too watery.

my husband, even my kids who are very picky, love this dish. it's spicy without being hot and it's exotic but with easy-to-find ingredients! love rachael ray's recipes!

I prepared just as RR did and it came out fantastic. Very 'exotic' tasting. Very easy to prepare. Will definately make again. Goes great with salad and....You have to try the dates and smoked almonds.....I almost didn't make them, but am so glad I did!
