    I made this with grilled chicken breasts and my family really liked it. The sauce is light tasting and herbal. I added more cayenne because we like spicy foods. I highly recommend this quick and tasty meal. I served the chicken over rice, the rice soaked the sauce up perfectly!

    This recipe is a HIT! Next time I make it, I will quadruple the chimichurri sauce. It is fantastic. I will serve the chicken with some plaintain chips and focaccia bread at my next gathering. Everyone was asking for the recipe. Thanks.

    The hardest thing about this recipe was separating the leaves from the stems of all the herbs, but it was well worth the work. Made it for my family and it was a big hit. I will try it as a sauce for steak and even fish in the future.
