This recipe sounded so good I couldn't wait to try it. No one was disappointed with the final result. Prep time was fairly easy since all the ingredients go through the food processor. It seemed like an odd mix of herbs, but there was no doubt left when I started infusing the heated oil with the herb and vegetable mix. We could smell it in the front yard and it was amazing. We enjoyed it so much we gave some to our next door neighbors, who immediately asked for the recipe. I might, in the future, be a little scarcer with the oil, and I think you could just as easily cube chicken breats as tenderloins (if you buy in bulk, this comes in handy. In fact, this sauce could be used on bone-in chicken or probably any other meat. It's that good. I recently discovered I can by jarred chimichurri sauces at my local gorcery, but I don't dare try because they couldn't match the flavor of this recipe.

To kick it up a notch, I added little bit lemon juice

It was easy to make, but I found it too oily, even though I added less oil than it called for. The herbs and garlic were a nice combination and it works well as a marinade, but not as a sauce to pour over the chicken.

This dip/sauce adds a rich flavor to many different food combinations. So, I always double the recipe and keep it on hand in the refrigerator to speed up meal preparation. It gives a new taste to a quick stir-fry chicken and vegetable dish or grilled salmon.

The only change that I make in the original recipe is to substitute fresh lime juice for the red wine vinegar.
This sauce is such a versatile favorite that it will be "lifetime recipe".

I made this last night with the polenta and red pepper salsa as just a quick munchie meal, and this is AWESOME! My fiance usually likes his chicken dry, so I put the sauce on the side instead of giving it a brush when it was done. I was surprised to watch him pull out a spoon and pour it over the bites!! Thanks for a recipe that I can finally put the sauce on the chicken! This will be a regular in our house now! It was very easy to put together, and this sauce seems like it will be very versatile--I am going to play with the leftover sauce (if he doesn't eat it all over steak, pork, and just as a sauce to toss with pasta. Thanks for this simple yet fabulous recipe!

This recipe was great for watching basketball and to have out for a buffet style party. It was good hot or cold. Easy to make and to make extra of in a pinch. Even my picky eaters loved it.

Made this for our Father's Day/Birthday celebration and it was a big hit with everyone. However, I halved the cayenne for our families reserved taste buds. Everyone like it. I noticed that the recipe isn't quite right. The parsley and other things should all be put in the food processor too. Fortunatly, my neighbor has one and it was fun putting this all together. I also am not sure if I got the correct amount of fresh herbs in, because it's hard for me to figure out how to measure fresh herbs. But it seemed to taste okay!

I could've slurped this sauce all by itself. So yummy. I used it on pork chops, but I gotta try the chicken next time. Aweseome dip.
