- 2 ounces gin, such as Hendrick's
- 1 to 2 ounces Italian orange-flavored aperitif, such as Aperol
- 1 ounce sweet Italian vermouth, such as Carpano Antica
- Lemon peel
Add the gin, aperitif, vermouth and lemon peel to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until blended. Serve neatly in a cocktail glass.
