    What a fantastic blend of flavors. Lamb has always intimtated this self taught cook, but not any more. One note however, recipie says oven should be 400 degrees, but on the show Rachael said 425, which explains why mine lamb took longer to cook. Also recipe calls for 1 cup of cranberry juice concentrate, but on the show she appeared to use less, and my sauce was too thin but still incredibly flavorful.

    I watched Rachel do this great looking holiday dish in 30 minutes! Hard to believe.I don't eat lamb, myself, but my husband & father love it, so this will be a nice treat. I love polenta anyway it comes...I can't wait to try it....
