I made this recipe for a group of friends and we all loved it. Substituted ziti for the ravioli and blended the white sauce, pasta (cooked and vegetables together before layering with cheese in the dish. Also baked at 400 for 15 minutes. Turned out fantastic. The white sauce really makes this dish. Yummy.

Easy to make and a crowd pleaser. I felt like I was competing with the Olive Garden.

My husband's aunt cannot eat meat, so when she came to town, I panicked about what I would cook. I needed something easy, that I could prepare in advance, and this was PERFECT!

It was easy, I prepared the layers the day before, so when she arrived, I just had to pop it in the oven!

It tasted GREAT! My husband and I had leftovers for 2 days later, and no one even missed the meat! This is definitely a keeper!

I made this dish for an end of year potluck picnic at my sons' school. This lasagna disappeared in the blink of an eye and I can't even count how many compliments I received. It was a HUGE hit. I followed suggestion of one reviewer and used fresh spinach instead of frozen. I also cut back a little on the asparagus, used veg. stock and frozen ravioli. Will definitely make this one again. Thanks Rachael!

I find it a little heavy and filling, but my boyfriend loves it.

This recipe was delicious and easy. I added mushrooms and used whole wheat ravioli instead of regular. The sauce was either a little thick or there wasn't enough of it because the final product was a bit dry. That will be easy enough to fix next time though. It froze well, too. I highly recommend this, even for those less experienced cooks.

This dish looks sophisticated and special but was so easy to prepare. I cut way back on the cheese and used fat free half & half and it was still really flavorful. Also substituted fresh spinach instead of frozen. I used oversized spinach ricotta raviolis and served with baked salmon for our little Oscar party. Very nice.
