This was a very good vegie dip, but I also tweeked it. It seemed the measurements were backwards...should be 1/4 C buttermilk and 1/2 C sour cream (maybe a little more even. Thinned with a little extra buttermilk would make a great blue cheese dressing.

This Big Blue Dipper dip is very good, however, the buttermilk turned it more into a thin dressing than a dip. I tweeked it just a bit and added 1/2 cup mayonaise and just a bit more sour cream, and that thickened it up. Excellent for dipping vegetables, and I believe you could use this on top of a baked potato . .Oh my YUM, YUM YUMMY !
