Maybe it was the brand I bought, but I wasn't crazy about the sweet pepper relish in this. I might just use roasted peppers or a zestier relish next time. I also used a yellow bell pepper instead of red, and it made the salad very pretty.

This is the best bean salad I have had. Took it to our Memorial Day Block party and everyone loved it. Several asked for the recipe. It's simple and quick to make, it is very refreshing, and it is so healthy you don't feel guilty about having seconds. I have made this salad exactly as called for by the recipe, and I have made it with fresh cilantro instead of the parsley. It's great both ways.

This is a perfect recipe! It's easy, very healthful and very tasty. Our guests loved it and took the recipe home with them. I recommend it highly! Thank you, Rachael!

I tried this recipe for the first time. I really enjoyed it and so did my family. This is a really awesome recipe. I love Rachael Ray's 30 minute meals and her TV show. These recipes are amazing. I try to watch it at least 3-4 days a week. Rachael you are a blessing and I only hope for you continued blessings and success in all you do.

This is so crisp tasting and yet complex. I really love that it gets better the longer it sits. Super for make ahead meals!

I tried this at my 4th of july party. It was delicious. The color is beautiful. It is a great festive side-dish no matter what the occasion.

I kid you not ...everytime I make this or take this, I get a request for it. It IS wonderful when all the ingredients "marry". Make it a little ahead of time, cover it and chill it. It gets even better. And I suggest doubling the recipe ... everyone takes large helpings or they go back for seconds. Don't alter the recipe ... AT ALL !

This is an easy side dish to add to any meal, especially a burger night, picnic or BBQ. We loved it and will make it again.

I have made this salad several times the last several years and it is always a winner. Most every time someone wants the recipe. The only thing I do extra is add either 1 clove of minced garlic or a tablespoon of garlic powder for a little more zing. The key to it is the pepper relish rather than cucumber relish.
