    I made this dish as a side with my chicken cutlets (I took Rachael Ray's recipe for Turkey Cutlets and substituted chicken. It was an instant family hit. Just cooking it was full of aroma from the thyme. But the taste. Oh, the TASTE. I've never seen my family go through that much potatoes so fast, EVER! You're the BEST, Rachael! I love your show.
