    I read some of the other reviews and decided to make some modifications, and it turned out so yummy. I'm not a huge red wine fan so I used white wine instead. I Used a mixture of half wine and half chicken stock, and I also used green grapes rather than red. It was sweet and delicious, the grapes got really soft and you could taste just enough wine. Very tasty.

    I will definately be making this recipe at least once a week. It was so easy and quick. Also, the final product looked and tasted like I spent much more time. Rachel--you ROCK!

    far too much red wine. Concept is good, but ratio of ingredients needs to change.

    I really thought it would be a great recipe. I made the chicken dish that went with this recipe for dinner tonight.

    I have to say that it was really bad. I used the wine I drink to make the recipe, and the outcome was just too strong.

    I'll try it again with chicken stock and and 1/2 the wine. I will also be trying it with white wine as well.

    Who knows, maybe I prepared it wrong.
