We add extra tomatoes, basil, cheese, and wine plus we add some frozen organic sweet corn. A family favorite.

I didn't totally follow the episode, I used fresh heirloom tomatoes instead of sundried, and I also added kalamata olives, and capers. It turned out awesome! Super impressed with myself, it tasted like a dish you'd buy at a restaurant! Definitely recommend!

This was a great and easy version of this casserole! I'm glad I read the reviews though, b/c I did double the sauce recipe, and I was glad that I did. My husband is picky about tuna, and he ate a larger than usual portion, lol. I had absolutely no problems with this recipe, so I was surprised to read that some people had commented that they had. I used capers, instead of sun dried tomatoes, and I used less onion, as well. I don't know what Italian tuna is, so I used regular tuna, and added Italian seasonings to that. It really added a lot of good flavor! I also didn't have any heavy cream on hand, so I found a substitute where you add 1/6 Tbs melted butter (allowing it to cool to room temp, without letting it harden to 7/8 cup of milk and whisk together with a fork. It worked fairly well, but I look forward to trying it with actual cream next. GREAT RECIPE!!!

It was really good. I didn't have fettuccine so I used orecchiette pasta instead. I also did not have any sun dried tomatoes so I used capers and a pinch of chili flakes. I then added sliced heirloom tomatoes to the pan and quickly cook it for a minute. It turned out great! Fast, easy, and tasty! I definitely will make it again.

The entire family LOVED this! It was so fast - perfect for a weekday night. I used chicken broth in place of the wine - still had great flavor. It'll definitely be on our menu again! Thanks Rachael!!

This is going in my recipe box. This is the best tuna casserole EVER. I made it by the directions and it was dry. I made more of the tuna/sauce mixture and added twice the cream/wine. It has great flavor, but next time I'll just half the pasta and use more cream/wine.
