It pays to be attentive to this dish. The results were a cheezy, tasty rice that tasted like risotto, yet it didn't take as long as traditional risotto. The dish was relatively quick and a hit with my 1 year old and the rest of the adults at the table. I can't wait to have the leftovers for lunch!

This risotto is just fabulous, and easy to make. I have also substituted the peas for roasted peppers, and that's excellent too.

I made this for my husband- along with the other items from this show. It has been so tasteful and awesome- it's now a regular part of our dinners. Highly recommend giving it a try.

I saw the show where Rachael made this and thought it would be good. I finally tried it and was right. Not only was it very good but alsol easy. I did add a little white wine at the beginning like I've seen done so many times. I will make this again, many times I'm sure!
