This was very unusual and super yummo! The lamb was expensive and took me a long time to cut up, so as suggested by others I will try chicken next time. Definately will become one of our regular meals!

We love this recipe - it is equally as good substituting chicken thighs for the lamb - and less expensive!

Made this dish for a friend who was pregnant and had craving for some lamb. She absolutely loved it. Have made it several times and it has always been a huge hit. Thanks RR. You are the best!

I have a husband, who most of the times doesn't comment on what he eats - he just eats it. Well, for this dish, he was raving about it. He even took some to work for lunch....and so did I. It was extremely good. I loved the flavor that the combination of all those spices gave it. And the couscous went perfect with it.

Tastes great and the meat was tender! I added only a cup of chicken stock to the lamb and that volume reduced down and thickened nicely. It gets better with time, too. :

Everything was perfect. On the show Rachel used 1 1/2 cups stock in the lamb, the recipe calls for 2. Use the 1 1/2. Use a little corn starch to thicken. Soo Good!!!
